This policy explains how the personal data you provide through this website is collected, used and protected, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian regulations on personal data protection.

Through the contact form we collect your name, your company’s name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number (optional) and the message you send us. We do not request sensitive data or data about children or adolescents.

- Responding to your messages, requests and inquiries.
- Arranging conversations and sending you proposals for services you have requested.
- Managing the pre-contractual and contractual relationship, where applicable.
- Sending you information about our services, only if you expressly authorize it.
- Complying with legal obligations.
4. Data subject rights
As the data subject, you have the right to:
- Access, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization you granted.
- Be informed about how your data has been used.
- Revoke your authorization or request the deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
- File complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law, after first completing the inquiry or claim process with the controller.
5. Inquiries and claims
You can exercise your rights by writing to privacidad@etzapartners.com, stating your name, your ID document, a description of your request and contact details where we can reply.
- Inquiries: answered within ten (10) business days, extendable by five (5) additional business days, in which case we will tell you why.
- Claims: answered within fifteen (15) business days, extendable by eight (8) additional business days, in which case we will tell you why.
6. Processors and data transfers
This website is hosted on servers of a hosting provider that may be located outside Colombia. When a provider processes data on our behalf, we require security and confidentiality conditions. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse.

9. Validity and changes
