The problem
Is your company losing opportunities to a lack of structure?
Many service companies have plenty of commercial activity, yet growth stalls because of:
- A sales process without clear stages or owners.
- Inconsistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Processes that depend on each person’s memory.
- Little visibility into the pipeline and the numbers that matter.
Solutions
The ETZA path
Three steps, one standard: understand, implement, and sustain what works.

Step 02 · Implementation
ETZA Growth Systems Sprint
Design and implementation of a focused improvement to your sales or operating system, based on what the diagnostic reveals.
Step 03 · Monthly partnership
ETZA Growth Partnership
Monthly support to keep what we implemented working over time, with metrics and data that sustain growth.
Principles
What guides every decision
I
Discernment before solutions
No tools for the sake of trends.
II
Service before ego
The solution answers the real need.
III
Clarity before complexity
Tangible value comes first.
IV
Accountable execution
Scope, owners, indicators and acceptance criteria.
V
Results without empty promises
We measure progress; we don’t guarantee what we can’t control.

FAQ
What to know before we start
Solutions
What is the ETZA Business Diagnostic?
A paid diagnostic in which we review your process, tools and data to find what is holding back growth. You receive findings, prioritized opportunities and a roadmap.
Why is the diagnostic paid?
Because it is real work, with concrete deliverables that are useful even if you decide not to continue with us. That keeps the recommendation focused on your needs rather than on selling an implementation.
What happens after the diagnostic?
If an implementation makes sense, we propose a Growth Systems Sprint with scope, timeline and acceptance criteria. If the problem doesn’t justify implementing, we tell you plainly.
Can I start directly with the Sprint?
If the problem and the solution are already clear and there is enough evidence, we can consider it. In most cases we start with the diagnostic, because it avoids implementing on assumptions.
How long does a Growth Systems Sprint take?
It depends on each case. The timeline varies with the type of process, the scope of the implementation, the tools involved and your team’s availability. That is why we don’t work with standard timeframes: when the diagnostic wraps up, we give you a specific schedule along with the scope and acceptance criteria. What doesn’t change are the four phases: diagnose, design, implement and validate.
What happens after the Sprint?
If you want what we implemented to keep working and improving, we continue with the ETZA Growth Partnership: monthly support with monitoring, adjustments, an indicator report and a follow-up session.
How does the monthly partnership work?
It is billed month to month, with a defined scope. It includes system monitoring and adjustments, a monthly indicator report against the baseline, a review of team adoption and a monthly follow-up session.
How we work
Do you guarantee results?
We don’t guarantee revenue, because it depends on factors no one fully controls. What we do is agree with you on observable indicators before implementing, and measure progress against a baseline.
Do you sell software, automations or AI agents?
Not as a universal answer. We understand the problem first; tools come in only when the diagnostic shows they make sense.
Which tools do you work with?
A few tools, well mastered: a CRM, a no-code tool, a basic dashboard and AI with human review. If you already use some, we first check whether they work for you before proposing changes.
Who does the work?
The founder leads every project from start to finish. When the scope calls for it, we bring in specialists with agreed scope and acceptance criteria.
How much time does my team need to commit?
The discovery session takes 60 to 90 minutes with the decision-maker. During the Sprint we ask for access to the information and for the team to take part in interviews, testing and the adoption session.
Do you work with companies outside Colombia?
Yes. We are based in Cali, Colombia, and work remotely with companies in any country.
Investment
How much does it cost?
We quote each case based on your company’s context and needs. Investment is organized in three levels, and not every company needs all three: the diagnostic, which is the starting point; the implementation, only if the diagnostic shows it’s worth it; and the monthly partnership, for those who want to take what was implemented to the next level, with a monthly fee and a defined scope.
How does payment work?
In milestones, with an upfront payment. Every proposal puts the scope, exclusions, revision rounds and third-party costs in writing.
What if the diagnostic shows an implementation isn’t worth it?
We tell you plainly, and you only pay for the diagnostic. It isn’t money lost: it gives you a clear picture of where your company stands today, findings and a roadmap to prepare for future implementations, with or without us.
Confidentiality
What happens to my company’s information?
We only review the information you authorize, and we treat it as confidential. We never share sensitive data with AI tools without your permission.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes. If you need one, we sign a confidentiality agreement before reviewing your company’s information.
Getting started
What kind of companies do you work with?
Small and mid-sized service and B2B companies with commercial activity that are losing opportunities to a lack of structure, follow-up or visibility.
How do I get started?
Write to us through the contact form or on WhatsApp. We’ll set up an initial conversation to understand your situation and tell you whether a diagnostic makes sense.
What do I need for the first conversation?
Nothing formal: just tell us your goal, how you sell today and what is holding you back. If we move forward, we’ll send you the pre-work questionnaire.
First step
Shall we talk about what is holding back your growth?
Tell us about your situation. We will tell you plainly whether a diagnostic makes sense for your company.
